One of the best things I've experienced during my final semester of the SJSU teacher librarian program is the awesome creative energy that occurs when you converse with other library professionals who are passionate about their job. I have been so incredibly lucky to obtain a site supervisor for my field work semester who is eager to exchange new and old ideas, to share her experience, and to support me in my endeavor to grow as a teacher-librarian. And although my semester ends in one month, I have decided I can't live without that kind of interaction with other librarians. So I am looking for those who are willing to meet once a month to talk about the successes, as well as the lessons learned, in connecting students with the school library and vice versa. So if you're someone who can squeeze in one hour a month to meet and talk shop, I'd love to meet you!
